Since we change our menu so much, it would be too hard to keep this up to date. So instead, here is a sample of what we might serve on any given day.

Fire By Desire

Catfish LaRue- fried or blackened catfish served atop seasoned rice, and covered with an etoufee sauce.

Tilapia Pontchartrain- fried or grilled tilapia infused with glazed mixed vegetables served atop seasoned rice.

Shrimp n Notcho Mama's Grits- creamy cheddar and corn grits are finished with our glazed fried shrimp and lobster cream sauce.

Bayou Specialties

Crawfish or Shrimp Etoufee w/rice

Everything Gumbo w/rice- chicken, sausage, shrimp, crab, okra and or file
